How to Reset Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Your Lumanu Account When You're Unable to Login

If you're unable to log in to your Lumanu account because of a two-factor authentication (2FA) issue, our team will need to reset it for you.

For security reasons, 2FA cannot be reset directly in your workspace. You must contact our team so we can verify your identity and restore access to your account.

To request a reset, please email vendors@lumanu.com.


When You May Need a 2FA Reset

You may need to contact us if:

  • You changed or lost access to your phone

  • You are not receiving verification codes

  • Your passkey needs to be reset

  • You cannot complete the login verification step

  • Your account does not have a phone number on file

If you’re experiencing any of the above, please email vendors@lumanu.com and our team will help you regain access.


Information We May Ask For

To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm certain information before resetting your 2FA.

If Your Account Has a Phone Number on File

Please email vendors@lumanu.com and confirm:

  • The phone number associated with your Lumanu account

  • The country code for that number

If the number matches what is on your account, we can proceed with resetting your 2FA.


If Your Account Does Not Have a Phone Number on File

If there is no phone number associated with your account, we will need to verify your identity.

Please email vendors@lumanu.com and include:

  • The email address associated with your Lumanu account

  • clear photo of a valid government-issued ID, such as:

    • Driver’s license

    • Passport

    • State ID

Please attach the image directly to your email and ensure the photo is clear and easy to read.


What Happens Next?

Once we verify your information, we will send you a 2FA reset email.

⚠️ Important:
The reset link is only valid for about 15 minutes, so please complete the reset as soon as you receive it.

If the link expires, you may need to request a new reset.
