What Is a Vendor?

Edited

On Lumanu, a vendor is anyone a brand pays for their work. If a brand, agency, or platform pays you through Lumanu, you’re their vendor.

Who vendors are

  • Creators and influencers

  • Freelancers and contractors

  • Agencies and production companies

  • Affiliates and other partners

You can be a vendor as an individual or as a registered business.

Why brands pay you through Lumanu

Brands use Lumanu to pay vendors and to handle the identity, tax, and compliance checks that come with each payment. You verify your details with Lumanu once, so you don’t have to set up as a supplier with every brand you work with.

What you do as a vendor

  1. Sign up. Most vendors start from an invite or an invoice a brand sends them.

  2. Get verified. Confirm your identity and add your tax and business details. You only do this once.

  3. Get paid. Send an invoice to a brand, or get paid on one a brand creates for you.

  4. Withdraw. Move your earnings to your bank, debit card, or an international account.

Your profile, bank details, and tax information stay in one place, and any brand on Lumanu can pay you once you’re verified. See How Lumanu Works for Vendors.
