Adding or Deleting Organization Identifiers

Organization identifiers, which can be an email address or a LumanuID, are linked to your Lumanu account to help clients send payments directly to your wallet. Adding or removing these identifiers allows you to manage incoming funds efficiently, especially if you’re handling payments for multiple clients or brands.

What is an Organization Identifier?

An Organization Identifier is either an email address, Email Alias, or a LumanuID associated with your agency or business. This identifier allows clients to send funds directly to your Lumanu wallet. You can set up multiple identifiers if you receive payments on behalf of different brands or clients.How to Add an Organization Identifier

1. Select your Workspace at the top of the navigation bar to open your Workspace menu.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Under the Workspace Details tab, scroll down to Business aliases.

4. Enter the Email Address you want to add as an Email Alias and click Verify. A verification link will be sent to the email added to complete setup.

How to Delete an Organization Identifier

Start by navigating the steps above to get to your Business Aliases.

1. Select the Email Alias you wish to delete.

2. Click Delete to remove it from your account.

Make sure that the Email Aliases you add are the email addresses you have provided to the brands paying your clients to use for sending payments.
