How to send an invoice to a brand partner

To send a payment request to a company via Lumanu, you must first be added as an approved Partner to their team. 

Ask your client before creating an invoice for their team. Their workflow may be structured around generating invoices on your behalf.

1. Sign in to your Lumanu account or create an account via your client's email invite or custom sign-in link to be added to their network as an approved Partner. 

2. Request a payment from your Lumanu Partner(s) under the Invoices tab by clicking the Create invoice button.

2. The Invoice creation window will populate for you to fill out. Your approved Lumanu partners will populate under the 'Who' dropdown for you to select and send the request to. 

If your brand partner doesn't populate to select, you haven't been added to their team as an approved partner. To be added as a partner, sign-in via their custom sign-in link or their email invite. You can get their link from your client or Lumanu Support.



3. Once sent, your invoice will populate in their team's Lumanu dashboard for the appropriate team member to review.
