How to Reset 2-Factor Authentication

If you're unable to receive your 2FA verification code via SMS or authenticator app, enter your backup verification code to log in.
Select your User at the bottom of the navigation bar. Then click My User Settings.
Scroll down to the Passwords & Security section.
Under Passwords & Security, click the RESET button next to 2-factor authentication
A confirmation modal will populate confirming you'd like to reset 2FA. Click Yes.
2-factor authentication will be disabled and you will be prompted to re-enable it the next time you sign in.
