Lumanu's Canceled Payout tab is a historical log of every payout that's been canceled for any reason within your organization.
What type of payouts are logged under the Canceled tab?
- Payout requests sent to you by a vendor that the vendor later canceled
- Any payout canceled within the Needs Approval or Payments Pending tab by you or one of your team members
- Any payment issued that is later canceled by the Lumanu team (at your team's request)
How to access and use the Canceled tab
- Navigate under Payouts
- Select the Canceled tab
- To view a canceled payout's details, click directly on the payout you'd like to view to open it's Payout Details window.
From here, you can also view or download the PDF version of the original invoice.
