If you're unable to receive your 2FA verification code via SMS or authenticator app, enter your backup verification code to log in.
- Select your User at the bottom of the navigation bar. Then click My User Settings.

Scroll down to the Passwords & Security section.
- Under Passwords & Security, click the RESET button next to 2-factor authentication
- A confirmation modal will populate confirming you'd like to reset 2FA. Click Yes.
- 2-factor authentication will be disabled and you will be prompted to re-enable it the next time you sign in.
