      How to unschedule a scheduled payment

      1. Navigate under your Scheduled Payments tab and select the payments you'd like to unschedule.

      2. Click Unschedule. Confirm you'd like to move forward with unscheduling.

      3. The payments will move back to the Approved Payment tab

      How to cancel a scheduled payment

      1. First, follow the steps to unschedule the payment above.
      2. Once the payments are unscheduled and moved back to the Approved tab, unapprove each payment you'd like to cancel.
      3. Each unapproved payment will move back to the Needs Approval tab. From here, cancel or edit each payment as needed.
