To send a payment request to a company via Lumanu, you must first be added as an approved Partner to their team.
Ask your client before filling out a payout request for their team. They may prefer to push the payout to you directly.
1. Sign in to your Lumanu account or create an account via your client's custom sign-in link to be added to their network as an approved Partner.
2. Request a payment from your Lumanu Partner(s) under the Earnings tab by clicking the Request Payment button.
2. The Request Payment window will populate for you to fill out. Your approved Lumanu partners will populate under the 'Who' dropdown for you to select and send the request to.
If your brand partner doesn't populate to select, you haven't been added to their team as an approved partner. To be added as a partner, sign-in via their custom sign-in link. You can get their link from your client or Lumanu Support.
3. Once sent, your payment request will populate in their team's Lumanu dashboard for the appropriate team member to review.
