What Is a Workspace?

A workspace is one financial entity in Lumanu. Most often it’s one brand, or one client if you’re an agency.

Each workspace has its own:

• Balance and transaction history

• Bank account and routing number, so your finance team can fund it like any other vendor

• Vendors and payouts

• Approvals and funding

• Team members, roles, and security settings

• Projects

Money is never shared between workspaces. Funds added to one workspace can only pay that workspace’s payouts.

Agencies and platforms often manage several brands. Set up one workspace per brand or client that funds its own payments. Team members can belong to more than one workspace and switch between them.
