Turn On Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Edited

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second check when you sign in. Brand and agency team members need 2FA turned on before they can process payments. We recommend an authenticator app over SMS.

On a vendor account, your user menu is at the top of the page instead of the bottom of the navigation bar. The rest of the steps are the same.

  1. Select your User at the bottom of the navigation bar. Then click My User Settings.
