How to reset 2-factor authentication

If you're unable to receive your 2FA verification code via SMS or authenticator app, enter your backup verification code to log in. 


1. Log in to your Lumanu account and navigate under Workspace Settings

2. Click User Settings

3. Under Passwords & Security, click the RESET button next to 2-factor authentication


4. A confirmation modal will populate confirming you'd like to reset 2FA. Click Yes.

5. 2-factor authentication will be disabled and you will be prompted to re-enable it the next time you sign in.

To update the phone number associated with your 2-factor authentication setting, contact support@lumanu.com.
