How You Get Paid
Every payment you receive through Lumanu is tied to an invoice. You can send one to a brand, or a brand can create one for you. Either way, the invoice goes through a few steps on the brand’s side before it’s paid.
The invoice is created. It says how much you’re being paid and what it’s for. See How to Send an Invoice to a Brand Partner.
The brand approves it. Many brands have an approval step before anything is paid.
The brand funds it. Their finance team sends the money to Lumanu, sometimes in batches.
Lumanu pays you. Once the invoice is funded and your onboarding is complete, the money is added to your Lumanu balance.
You can see the status of every invoice in your Lumanu account, including what you’re owed and when it’s expected. See Understanding Invoice Payment Statuses in Lumanu.
When the money is in your balance, you can withdraw it. See How to Connect a Withdrawal Method to Lumanu.
